Transcarioca Trail is a long distance trail (180 km long) that cross the main chain of mountains in the city of Rio de Janeiro and six natural protectednatural areas:• Grumari Municipal Natural Park;• Pedra Branca State Park;• Tijuca National Park;• Catacumba Municipal Natural Park;• Carioca Paisagem Municipal Natural Park;• Pão de Açucar and Urca Hills Natural Monument.
